Welcome to our travel online directory (the "Directory"). The Directory is operated by All Things Cebu (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The content on the Directory, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of All Things Cebu or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Directory for commercial purposes without the express written consent of All Things Cebu.

Any information, content, or materials that you submit to the Directory, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, and photographs (“User Submissions”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting User Submissions to the Directory, you grant All Things Cebu a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such User Submissions and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Submissions, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Directory and all content, information, and materials included on the Directory are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All Things Cebu specifically disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall All Things Cebu be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Directory or any content, information, or materials included on the Directory.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Directory following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.
